Massa Martana è un antico borgo medioevale, tornato ad antico splendore grazie ai lavori di restauro eseguiti dopo il terremoto del 1997; in una decina d’anni Massa Martana ha chiuso quel drammatico capitolo e recuperato tutto quello che serviva per ridare dignità all’antico borgo di origine romana, nato come stazione di sosta sulla via Flaminia.
