Opis:
The White Rim Trail is a 100 mile jeep road that cuts through some of the most scenic parts of Canyonlands National Park. We decided to do the loop counter clockwise and start at the entrance for the park. It was Christofs birthday wish to ride this loop otherwise I probably never would have done it. I'm glad I did. I'm even more glad I did it on a day when the temperatures were peaking at 80. These 100 miles expose the rider to a lot of desert views as the trail runs along the Green and Colorado river. Candle stick tower, Junction bluff, Washerwoman and Airport tower will forever be seared in my mind as we slowly road around these name worthy landmarks on the sand and sandstone trails that make up The White Rim.
