Die Fineilspitze ist ein 3514m hoher Gipfel im Ötztaler Schnalskamm.
DerZustieg von Nordtirolerseite erfolgt über den Hochjochferner vom Hochjochhospiz oder der Bellavista Hütte (schon Südtirol). Hier startet die Tour nach MTB Fahrt von Vent an der Martin Busch Hütte entlang dem Niederjochbach.
