Juillet 20201 : Course de préparation en vue d'un guidage de groupe au CAS Montreux. Je suis parti seul profiter d'une superbe journée. Belles impressions variées. Niveau T2 - 950 m montée - 950 m descente - bonne condition physique pour la montée qui ne laisse que peu de répit ! Mais cela en vaut le coup. Le retour par le lac Retaud est un moment de grâce.
