Opis:
Chief Peak is a short yet beautiful hike just west of Evergreen Colorado on Squaw Pass Road, Highway 103, right next to the Echo Mountain Ski Resort. At only 3 Miles and about 1,200 vertical feet of gain culminating at just over 12,000' it is a reasonable winter hike as well as a convenient escape from the summer heat in Denver. Summit vistas captured with cool dji drone footage! Parking can get crowded as many people visit this area for mountain climbing, arrive early, especially in the summer!
