Doua zile in Muntii Rodnei. Cu urcare pe la Saua Gargalau, Saua Galatului, Vf. Galatului, Saua Laptelui, Vf. Laptele Mare, Saua Puzdrelor, Vf. Puzdrele, coborare pe Piciorul Puzdrelor la fosta cabana Puzdrele, Saua Paltinis, Vf. Paltinis si coborare pe la Buza Muntelui.
