Here are a few tips when you are getting in to jumping off cliffs on skis, whether it's 2 feet or 50, the principals are all the same.

Check the snow conditions first and make sure it's deep enough for how big the cliff is. Get a little speed off the drop, pop your weight forward as you take off, hands in front of your knees, then extend your legs as you come in for a landing. Try to focus on where you are skiing next rather than looking straight at where you are going to land, makes stomping it and skiing away easier.
