Najhitrejši in najbolj slikovit vzpon v Dolino Triglavskih jezer, v samo osrčje Triglavskega narodnega parka, vodi ravno čez ostenje Komarče. Prepadna stena Komarča se strmo dviga nad Bohinjskim Ukancem, le streljaj od mogočnega izvira Savice.
