Manínska tiesňava je národná prírodná rezervácia, ktorá sa nachádza neďaleko Považskej Teplej, ktorá je dnes súčasťou mesta Považská Bystrica. Bola vyhlásená v roku 1967 s rozlohou 117,63 ha a ochranným pásmom 70,49 ha v geomorfologickej jednotke Súľovské vrchy.
