In September 2021, Neil Gresham added a new E11 to the Lakes with Lexicon at Pavey Ark. The first ascent and dramatic repeat by Steve McClure were captured in last year’s Brit Rock film tour. Earlier this year Scottish trad machine Dave Macleod ironed out the third ascent. This May, an unlikely candidate in the form of Matt Wright popped up it for its fourth ascent. Niall Grimes caught up with Matt and partner Anna Taylor to hear all about it.
