Du haut de ses 3031m d'altitude le Mont Ténibre, belvédère sur les Alpes du Sud, est le point culminant de la Tinée. Le Mont Ténibre est l'un des 3000 des Alpes du Sud et du Mercantour sans grande difficulté d'accès. A ce titre Le Mont Ténibre est très prisé par les randonneurs qui sont nombreux l'été à faire son ascension.
