Wir starten in Ladis beim See. Recht steil auf Asphalt an Obladis und Neueck vorbei, ab dem Wodeturm auf breiter Forststrasse weniger anstrengend hinauf bis zur Schöngampalp. Die Abfahrt etwas höher am Berg zurück nach Fiss und von dort nach Ladis.
