A Stunning & Ominous Adventure through the Indian Peaks Wilderness up and Across Pawnee Peak's Class 4 East Ridge. This Area offered Magnificent Vistas and engaging climbing as well as the opportunity to do big Glissades and a Polar Bear Icy Lake Plunge! [PLEASE WATCH the ENTIRE video, cool FUN craziness near the end!]. Inspiring wildlife footage as well. . . This particular route had thwarted me in the past due to an unforecasted snow event that left me fighting for my life on ice plastered class 4 terrain, clips of that are interspersed. It was an immense difference how much the gentle conditions made this route vastly easier although, definitely still a route for experienced mountaineers only.
