Da S.Cristina in Val Gardena si sale con la funivia Col Raiser che ci porta alla stazione a monte a quota 2125m. Si scende seguendo il sentiero 4 al Rifugio Firenze (2039m) e da qui proseguiamo su sentiero 3 fino alla Forcella de la Roa , poi ci dirigiamo alla Sella Nivea superando un breve e facile tratto attrezzato ed ora non resta che arrivare alla croce di vetta.
