Podpeško jezero je edino naravno jezero v Osrednjeslovenski regiji. Nahaja se le kakšnih 20 minut vožnje od Ljubljane, na robu Ljubljanskega barja, pod vznožjem Krimskega hribovja.
Podpeško jezero je tudi zelo priljubljeno kopališče.
