A roadtrip trough Switzerland and Italy!
On our first hiking-day we hiked to the top of the Faulhorn (2681m.), this hike can easily be done from Grindelwald. We parked the car at the bottom of the mountain and started walking and climbed over 1400 meters in about 11 kilometers, but you can also take a gondola to the Bachalpsee (located next to First). This will be around 30 euros and makes the climb a lot easier and skips the biggest altitude-gain.
