Opis:
Keeping it chill during with some friendly Thornhill flow. Great trail for practicing some basic bike handling skills, and an even better place for doing hard intervals up the road (who doesn't enjoy some intensity training?). Going to try to alternate between somewhat recent BC videos and footage from the depths of my archives. Enjoy!
