Tom Rabl is from Kitzbühel, Austria. He has been a mountain guide since 2008, a profession he shares with his wife. Tom has spent quite some time reflecting on the interplay between lightness and safety, experience and preparation, and has developed a well defined framework. “My role is to take care of what happens under the hood of an ascent.
