Questa vetta è abbastanza famosa perlopiù per le sue escursioni invernali di sciatori e ciaspolatori che partono da Lausetto, frazione di Acceglio, in realtà anche nelle altre stagioni è un'ottima meta, specialmente partendo da un percorso inusuale che parte da Vallone, sopra Ussolo, passando da Capanna Ussolo e risalendo senza una vita precisa un ripido vallone fino alla vetta.
